Likes:

Most things. The diapers are relatively environmentally friendly and better for babies as well.

They were even recommended by my husband's oncologist for baby boys (My husband is a testicular cancer survivor).

They seem to provide a comfortable fit with pretty good leak protection without the scary things that come in regular diapers.

As far as diapers go, these seem to be among the better options, and the company's website offers great coupons. Plus they are more readily available than other healthier options.

Dislikes:

Not much. They are a little pricier and the sizes seem to run smaller than the package says.
