Review Policies

Organic Baby Resource does accept product samples to be considered for featured reviews and/or inclusion in our shopping guide. We use the following review policies for the website:

1. We do not accept payment for reviews, as reviews are considered part of our editorial content.

2. We do not make changes to our reviews, unless they are to correct factual information about a product or company. If you have made significant changes to a product and would like it to be reviewed a second time, please note the changes with the submission so Organic Baby Resource can re-evaluate your product.

3. To minimize bias in reviews, we make arrangements for giveaways only after a product has been reviewed and determined to be a good fit for our readers.

4. We are unable to guarantee a review on all products submitted. The decision not to review a product may be based upon the lack of fit of your product with our website or it could be a factor of not having enough time to review all products submitted.

5. Products that are certified organic or contain a number of non-toxic/natural features for babies and their parents are given the highest consideration.

   If you have any doubts about whether your product is a fit, feel free to contact us with questions, prior to sending your products. We do not return products back to the sender for any reason.

6. If your product is submitted it may be included in Organic Baby Resource in one or more of the following ways:

   -as part of our featured review section (written by the publisher or a qualified representative of Organic Baby Resource)

   -as part of our shopping guide

   -as part of a prize package in an upcoming contest or giveaway.

7. Submission of a product does not guarantee a permanent link to your company's website. However, in most cases we include it.

8. While Organic Baby Resource does participate in a select number of affiliate programs, an invitation to participate in your affiliate program does not impact the decision to review your product, nor the outcome of your review.

   Decisions to participate in affiliate programs are made after we are familiar with a company and it's products.

9. While we invite you to advertise in other sections of our site, your status as an advertiser does not determine the outcome of existing or future product reviews for your company.

10. Our primary aim with all reviews written is to help parents find products that meet their baby care needs in the most natural way possible. In addition, we like to share our honest feedback with companies about how their products help us and how they could be improved upon to provide even greater benefit - that means more happy parents and more sales for the company).
