Organic milk, organic avocado, organic sugar

I am from Brazil and we have all kinds of fruits in our backyard and one of them is avocado.

We blend, milk, avocado and a little bit of sugar and give to our baby, Jordan. He is 15 months and he loves it. It is healthy and also he is growing healthy.

I also love giving best earth food for him. We buy on Amazon. It is ship and the best.

Giovana, thank you for sharing your yummy recipe! I actually use these same ingredients in the summertime mixed with a little bit of ice for an avocado smoothie or milk shake.
