Likes:

Breathability, I started using these because my son had a very high fever (hand mouth foot) and the disposable diapers just trapped in the heat, I felt so bad for him and started searching for other options.

I also like that I can fill them with cloth and just wash the cloth inserts to save money.

Dislikes:

I find they leak over night, but I have a very heavy wetter.
