Baked Apples with Cinnamon

My aunt has passed down her love for baked apples to my daughter and I. My daughter, who is 10 months old has just gotten her teeth so is beginning to love to chew! My daughter eats 100% organic and I love making the food myself.

Ingredients:

Apples (any kind, we like red delicious)
Cinnamon

This is so simple to do. First, we wash our apples thoroughly and slice them in half, removing all of the core and the seeds.

Next, we get a baking sheet with a little bit of water on the bottom. We wet the inside of the apples and sprinkle some cinnamon on then. Then the apples are placed face down in the pan. Do not take the skin off though.

Bake the apples in the oven at about 375 degrees.

The apple will be done in about an hour, just be sure to check them from time to time.
