Celebrate Earth Week by Getting Organized, Tune in Tonight
April 19, 2010
Hello,

In this issue:

  1. Tune In To our Organization Show Tonight!
  2. Why Choose Organic Cotton?

Celebrate Earth Week by Getting Your Family Organized

You don't have to leave your home to celebrate Earth Day.

Getting organized helps you take inventory of which belongings you are actively using and determine which ones can be handed off for others to re-use.

Also once you know what you have, you can save yourself from buying things you already have that fulfill that purpose. For example, you might find some lovely dishes that grandma left for you and decide they are way too nice to be eating on paper plates. You get my drift.

Organic Baby Resource hopes to help kick off your organization plan tonight (April 19 @ 8 PM EST) by chatting live with Organizer Sandy, about Organizing Your Home for Babies and Toddlers.

She'll be sharing techniques to help us conquer the spaces of our babies, toddlers and kids. And better yet, she'll talk to us about how to get our kids involved in the process at an early age. Tune in tonight on Momtv.com on Monday at 8 pm EST. See you there!

Live Shows Coming in May:
May 3 @ 8 PM EST, Pampering Mama with Homemade Bodycare
May 17 @ 8 PM EST, Be Ready for Summer with Tips for Baby Sun Protection

In case you missed them, check out these shows on the archives:

April 5 @ 8 PM EST, Pregnancy Nutrition: Tips for Optimum Wellness

Why Choose Organic Cotton?

Have you wondered whether choosing organic cotton is really necessary? I have.

Well it turns out that pesticides and toxins not only get in our clothes and strip our land of important nutrients, but they also end up in many of our foods.

Discover more about why organic cotton is the most sustainable and healthiest choice by reading this month's featured guest article, Why Choose Organic Cotton? by Karin Frost, ERGObaby Designer and President & Claire Kellerman, Permaculture Designer and Writer.
