How to Survive Raising a Toddler
March 03, 2010
Hello,

In this issue:

  1. Staying Positive During Tough Toddler Times
  2. March Live Show Updates

Staying Positive During Tough Toddler Times

Having a toddler involves lots of fun, but it can also involve some trying times. Dealing with your child's new desire for independence, encountering your child's rebellious side and enduring unplanned toddler tantrums can stress out even the most patient parents.

While you may seek out help from other parents, you'll soon realize that dealing with these times involves coming up with your own custom plan for managing your toddler's behavior and coping with stress.

This is what inspired this month's featured articles: 5 Tips for Coping With the Terrible Twos and
7 Ways to Avoid Potty Training Frustration.

Perhaps you'll find some helpful tips if you're facing challenges in these areas. And if you've been there and done that with your toddler. We invite you to share your most helpful tips.

March Live Show Topics

This month we're continuing our exploration of the benefits of yoga by chatting with certified yoga instructor, Emily from Sky Yoga Studio, about Breathe Easy: Yoga for Babies and Kids. Whether you're at home with a new baby or looking for some mutually beneficial activities for you and your kids, you'll want to check out this show on Monday, March 8th at 8 p.m. EST.

On Monday, March 22, we'll help you overcome your snack time boredom with some Ideas for Healthy Snacks for Toddlers and Kids at 8 p.m. EST. Our special guest, Lisa Cain, Ph.D. aka Snack Girl, will be sharing her creative ideas on the topic. Please tune in and spread the word.

As we plan upcoming shows I'll post the titles on the new Organic Baby Resource Live Page so you can mark your calendars and spread the word to your friends.

Also if you have an idea for a show topic or would like to appear as a guest on the show, please contact me. Thank you in advance for tuning in.
