Hello,

  • Does Your Child Need Vitamins?

It's a New Year and many of us are thinking about starting with a clean slate when it comes to what we are eating and how well we take care of our bodies. But what about your child? Is it time to ramp up the amount nutrients they are getting each day?

If you're in a cold climate and concerned about flu season, then the answer is yes. You may want to add some vitamin C. If your family is not getting much sun, which means diminished exposure to vitamin D, then the answer is yes again.

These are just a few of the reasons to consider supplementing your child's diet from birth and on through toddler hood; having a picky eater is another one.

In fact, if you are at all concerned that your child might have nutritional gaps in their diet, there's no time like the present to get more informed about this topic:

I hope you enjoy these articles as you strive to keep your little one healthy throughout cold season and beyond.

    Happy New Year from OBR!

I love this time of year, because it's a time of reflection about what worked and didn't work the previous year and a time for hope about what's possible in the coming year.

I try to set goals for every aspect of my life, including my role as a parent. At the top of my list is potty training and to spend more quality time loving and educating my 2 and a half year old.

What are your parenting goals for the year? I'd love to hear them as we work to create new content for you. So drop me a line when you get a moment.

On Organic Baby Resource we are planning to share more articles, innovative products and add new site features to help you with your organic and green parenting needs. We also are getting closer to the launch of our new site design.

I can't wait to share this and much more with you in the coming months. And thank you so much for your continued support of Organic Baby Resource.

Here's to 2010 being the best year ever for you and your family!
